Belterra Park is a racino located just south of downtown Cincinnati. Though it opened as Belterra in 2014, it is a track with a long history. Formerly known as River Downs, the location was founded in 1925 on the banks of the Ohio River. Seabsicuit ran there twice, and jockey Steve Cauthen, who won the Triple Crown with Affirmed, won his first race there.
